Regional Sales Manager – South Central

Our client is a leading manufacturer of premium architectural building products seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth throughout the South Central U.S., with a focus on expanding relationships within the architectural and commercial construction communities. This is a high-impact, field-based role ideal for a proactive salesperson who enjoys specification selling, relationship building, and developing new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow sales throughout the South Central territory.
  • Build relationships with architects, designers, specifiers, contractors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct AIA presentations, Lunch & Learns, and technical product demonstrations.
  • Drive product specifications on commercial construction projects.
  • Develop new business while supporting independent manufacturer representatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events and maintain a strong pipeline of project opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience selling architectural or commercial building products.
  • Strong background calling on architects, designers, and commercial contractors.
  • Comfortable delivering AIA presentations, Lunch & Learns, and technical product training.
  • Self-motivated hunter with outstanding relationship-building and presentation skills.
  • Resides within the South Central territory and is willing to travel throughout the region. (Ideal locations include Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, or Louisiana.)
