Role You Will Play
As a Finishing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing a leading distributor’s finishing products business throughout Colorado. Calling on cabinet shops, millwork manufacturers, and woodworking professionals, you’ll leverage your knowledge of coatings, stains, lacquers, and abrasives to develop new business and expand existing accounts. This is a highly autonomous, field-based role designed for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and driving growth.

Following a strategic acquisition, the company is making a significant investment in expanding its finishing division and is seeking industry professionals who want to help build a market while being backed by a respected and established organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
Grow finishing product sales throughout Colorado
Develop new business with cabinet shops and millwork manufacturers
Manage and expand existing customer relationships
Promote stains, lacquers, coatings, and abrasive products
Spend 3-4 days per week in the field meeting with customers
Partner with technical finishing specialists to deliver solutions
Execute a consultative sales approach focused on long-term growth
What We’re Looking For
Experience selling finishing products, coatings, or abrasives
Knowledge of cabinet, millwork, or woodworking markets
Strong business development and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work independently and manage a territory
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000
Uncapped Commission
Top Performers: $130,000 – $140,000+
