Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer who thrives in both design and sales. This is a hybrid role that combines showroom consultations, field visits, business development, and full project management. You’ll be responsible for developing client relationships, generating new business, designing custom spaces, coordinating projects from initial consultation through installation, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the process. The ideal candidate brings a strong design background, construction knowledge, proficiency with 20/20 Design software, and the drive to build and grow their own book of business. Success in this role requires a proactive, relationship-focused mindset rather than relying solely on walk-in traffic.
