Position Overview

Our client is seeking an HVAC Program Development Manager to help launch and grow a new contractor channel initiative focused on the residential HVAC market.

This hybrid role combines channel development, contractor training, field marketing, and program management. The successful candidate will recruit HVAC contractor partners, onboard and train their teams, support homeowner marketing initiatives, and provide field insights that help shape the future of the program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard HVAC contractor partners
  • Deliver product and sales training to contractor teams
  • Support contractor marketing and homeowner engagement initiatives
  • Conduct field visits, ride-alongs, and regional training events
  • Manage partner relationships and CRM activity
  • Track program performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine program strategy

Ideal Candidate

  • 3–5+ years of experience in HVAC, home services, insulation, building materials, or related industries
  • Experience working with HVAC contractors, distributors, or dealer networks
  • Strong presentation, training, and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of contractor sales processes and homeowner-focused selling
  • Self-starter comfortable managing programs and partnerships independently
  • Willingness to travel 30–40% throughout the region
