The Role:

• Prepare estimates and proposals for commercial construction projects.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and bid documents.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop labor and material estimates.
• Work closely with contractors, architects, manufacturers, and internal teams.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and recommend product solutions.
• Support projects from bid through turnover.
• Hybrid or remote flexibility available for qualified candidates.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $85,000-$100,000 competitive base salary based on experience.
