Taylor is a Recruiter at SnapDragon with multiple years of experience in recruiting and sales. With a background from the UNH Sales Program, she brings a strong foundation in sales, communication, and relationship-building to every search she takes on.

What makes Taylor different is her personalized, detail-oriented approach and a deep understanding that recruiting is about people first. She knows that candidates and clients alike deserve respect, honesty, and someone who’s truly invested in the outcome. Taylor’s goal is always to solve two problems with one thoughtful solution, finding the right match on both sides. She was proud to be named Rookie of the Year in 2024, recognizing her commitment and results early on in her career. Clients and candidates trust her because she shows up reliable, ethical, and ready to wear whatever hat the process calls for: recruiter, advisor, or sounding board.

Her strengths in organization, creative thinking, and attention to detail align perfectly with SnapDragon’s mission to lead high-level, strategic searches with intention and care.

Outside of work, Taylor is a reading enthusiast and unapologetically a crazy dog mom of two French Bulldogs named Bonnie & Malachi.
