Marketing & Operations Coordinator | SnapDragon Associates

Sarah Lucas is the Marketing and Operations Coordinator at SnapDragon Associates, where she supports both the firm’s internal operations and growing marketing efforts. She joined SnapDragon in 2024 as an Operations Administrative Assistant and quickly grew into a more dynamic role, taking on responsibilities across digital media, campaign support, content creation, team coordination, and operational organization.

Bringing a strong foundation in customer service, organization, and multitasking from years in the restaurant industry and office operations, Sarah has become a reliable behind-the-scenes force at SnapDragon. Known for her positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to jump in wherever needed, she helps keep projects moving, teams organized, and marketing initiatives on track.

In her current role, Sarah assists with creating and designing digital media, supporting client and candidate campaigns, coordinating internal projects, and helping research new ways to increase visibility and engagement for SnapDragon’s recruiters. Her ability to balance creative work with operational support makes her a valued part of the team.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs, Remi and Kota. She is also a proud co-owner of a local coffee shop, The Spot Eatery, where she helps behind the scenes and on weekends, further proof that she does not slow down, even off the clock.

Fun Fact: Sarah can whip up a killer cappuccino and keep a project calendar running smoothly at the same time.
