Ryan joined the SnapDragon team in April 2025. With four years of experience in recruitment, Ryan brings a passion for connecting talent with opportunity, especially within the building materials industry. After a conversation with Mark, Cassie, and Kalvin, he was inspired by their vision and quickly knew SnapDragon Associates was where he wanted to be. Since then, he’s been all in.

What Ryan enjoys most about recruiting is the knowledge he gains through meaningful conversations. His ability to break down barriers and communicate with transparency allows him to uncover exactly what candidates are looking for and help guide them toward the best possible fit.
