Rebekah Miller brings over 20 years of building materials and retail experience to SnapDragon Associates, with a strong track record of supporting sales teams, managing complex product lines, and driving revenue through operational excellence. Her background spans showroom leadership, procurement, sales support, and retail operations, giving her a deep, practical understanding of the roles and challenges her clients and candidates face.

Having held positions including Andersen Buyer & Sales Support Leader and Head Buyer & Retail Operations Manager, Rebekah has worked closely with inside and outside sales teams, contractors, and homeowners to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong customer outcomes. Her hands-on experience managing inventory, vendor relationships, and multi-location operations allows her to quickly identify talent that aligns with both technical requirements and company culture.
