Before joining SnapDragon, Rachel recruited healthcare professionals, gaining valuable experience in talent acquisition and relationship building. Through her work in healthcare staffing, she developed a deep appreciation for the impact that the right career opportunity can have on a person’s life. Her approach is rooted in trust, transparency, and open communication, allowing her to serve as a strong advocate for both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
