Marketing & Media Specialist| SnapDragon Associates

Kendra Barnard is a Marketing and Media Specialist at SnapDragon Associates. She joined the team in June 2026, and in her role, she helps bring the SnapDragon brand to life through digital media, graphic design, campaign support, and strategic content creation.

Kendra supports the team by capturing company culture, creating branded graphics, developing recruitment marketing materials, and helping build content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. She also assists with client and candidate campaigns, researches marketing trends, and looks for new ways to increase visibility and engagement for SnapDragon’s recruiters.

With deep roots in the Bedford community and a lifelong connection to SnapDragon as the daughter of the firm’s previous owner and sister of its current owner, Kendra brings both a personal investment and a fresh creative perspective to the company’s continued growth. A former collegiate basketball player, she carries the same teamwork, discipline, and competitive drive into her work every day.

Outside of work, Kendra enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and supporting the people and community she grew up around.

Fun Fact: Kendra was a college basketball player and still brings that team-first mindset to everything she does.
