After starting her career in customer service and then spending time as a corporate recruiter in the building materials space, Kassandra found her niche in executive search, where she now helps growing companies find the right people to drive long-term success.

She considers herself a natural matchmaker, combining strong intuition with a hands-on, thoughtful recruiting process. Kassandra’s ability to identify not just talent, but true fit, for both culture and long-term potential, makes her a trusted partner to clients and candidates alike. Her motivation is simple: match great companies with great people.

Kassandra is bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows her to effectively support a wide range of professionals and build stronger, more inclusive communication across the hiring process.

Outside of the office, Kassandra is a proud first-time mom to 2-year-old twin boys. She finds her balance through family time, outdoor activities, and the occasional well-earned retail therapy session. Whether at home or at work, she’s grounded, joyful, and always looking for ways to help others thrive.
