Kassandra joined the team after a short introduction to the LBM industry as a corporate recruiter, but she comes mostly from a background in customer service. She considers herself a matchmaker and prides herself on making quality placements. Matching great companies with great people is what drew her to recruiting to begin with.

Outside of work, Kassandra is a first-time mom to twin boys and any stress is blown off with retail-therapy. She likes dancing, being outdoors, and spending time with her family.
