Kalvin Fosher is the Owner and Vice President of SnapDragon Associates and a nationally recognized leader in executive search across the manufacturing, distribution, retail, and construction sectors. He specializes in placing C-level, VP, and Director-level leaders in critical functions such as sales, operations, finance, purchasing, HR, and marketing, helping organizations across North America hire impact players who drive growth, culture, and long-term success.

Kalvin partners directly with private equity-backed firms and high-growth businesses, often supporting searches that require discretion, speed, and precision. Whether working with a $15 billion enterprise or a mid-market innovator, his focus remains the same: delivering leadership talent that can execute and elevate.

What sets Kalvin apart is his firsthand industry experience. Before joining SnapDragon, he worked at Lansing Building Products and Huttig Building Products, where he gained valuable experience across sales, operations, and strategic partnerships. Having worked with manufacturers, buyers, lumberyards, and contractors, Kalvin offers a rare perspective on how the entire building products supply chain functions from procurement and production to distribution and field execution.

This deep understanding of how each layer of the supply chain impacts the next allows Kalvin to bring unmatched clarity and insight to his search process and to the clients who depend on him.

When he’s not working closely with clients and candidates, Kalvin enjoys time outdoors, hunting, fishing, golfing, or spending quality time with his wife, Cassie (President of SnapDragon), and their two daughters, Kennedy and Charlotte. Together, Kalvin and Cassie continue to grow SnapDragon into one of the nation’s leading executive recruiting firms in the building materials space.

Fun Fact: Kalvin once played 18 holes of golf in under two hours, his version of “speed networking.”
