Jared Abbott is the Operations Manager at SnapDragon Associates, where he plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and supporting one of the most respected executive search teams in the building materials industry. Since joining SnapDragon in 2024, Jared has leveraged over seven years of recruitment experience, particularly in finance and accounting placements across multiple sectors, to optimize internal systems and elevate both client and candidate experiences.

Promoted to Operations Manager in early 2025, Jared brings a strategic, relationship-first approach to every aspect of the search process. He collaborates closely with recruiters, hiring leaders, and executive candidates to ensure each engagement is delivered with precision, confidentiality, and a high level of white-glove service. His commitment to quality, communication, and long-term partnership is foundational to SnapDragon’s continued growth and trusted reputation.

Before transitioning to executive search, Jared spent five years leading sales and operations within professional hockey organizations, honing his leadership, time management, and performance-driven mindset. This unique background fuels his ability to support high-performing teams and manage complex workflows with clarity and confidence.

Known for his professionalism, responsiveness, and steady presence, Jared is passionate about building lasting relationships and creating seamless experiences that reflect the values SnapDragon is known for.

Outside of work, Jared enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie, and exploring the outdoors across New Hampshire. Whether fishing, hiking, or taking in a sporting event, he brings the same focus and enthusiasm to life as he does to his work.
