Operations and Sales Coordinator

Jared joined SnapDragon in 2024 as the Operations and Sales Coordinator bringing six years of experience working in the staffing and recruiting industry. Prior to working in staffing and recruitment, Jared spent five years working in sales and operations while leading two professional ice hockey organizations. The unique blend of staffing and recruiting experience coupled with years of work in sales and operations makes Jared stand out in the industry.

Over the years of working in staffing and recruiting, Jared has provided white glove service to clients and candidates. He prides himself on building strong and long-lasting relationships while helping organizations and individuals thrive, grow, and achieve their goals. Jared is passionate about helping others, driving collaboration, and maintaining excellent communication.

 Jared has called New Hampshire home since 2017. He is originally from New Jersey but moved to Pennsylvania to attend Penn State University. After graduating, Jared moved to New York and began his professional career in ice hockey. After four years, he relocated to New Hampshire and worked with a local hockey organization prior to his transition into staffing and recruiting.

Outside of work, Jared enjoys spending time with his wife Katie, going fishing, and being outdoors. He has a passion for sports with ice hockey, baseball, and football among his favorites.
