James Darcy is a Recruiter at SnapDragon Associates who brings a high level of energy, focus, and relationship-building skills to every search he supports. A graduate of Thomas College with a degree in Sports Management, James joined SnapDragon in 2022 after seven years in the retail industry, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication.

Since joining the firm, James has built lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers by taking the time to listen, understand, and dig deep into what’s needed, not just on paper, but in culture, leadership, and long-term fit. He is committed to helping companies solve their toughest hiring challenges while guiding professionals toward the next step in their career journey.

James credits the SnapDragon team for his growth in the building materials industry, and now pays that forward by bringing the same knowledge, work ethic, and partnership mindset to every search.

Outside of the office, you’ll find James at a sporting event or spending time with friends and family. Whether in the stands or on the phone with a candidate, James thrives on connection and relationship building.

Fun Fact: Even though he’s not a New England sports fan, he once attended a Red Sox and Celtics game on the same day. Yes, he sang his heart out to Sweet Caroline.
