With over a decade of experience and a reputation for delivering high-impact hires, Cassie has led hundreds of successful searches for manufacturers, distributors, and private equity-backed firms nationwide.

Before launching her recruiting career, Cassie earned High Honors at Plymouth State University, where she received a B.S. in Childhood Studies. That early passion for people and development evolved into a powerful recruiting philosophy: listen closely, act decisively, and build long-term partnerships based on trust and transparency.
