What You’ll Do
– Design and develop detailed wall panel layouts for commercial wood-frame projects
– Work on multi-story structures, including up to 6-story buildings and large-scale projects up to ~0.5M sq ft
– Manage up to 2 active projects at a time while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
– Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and internal designers to ensure constructibility and alignment
– Produce high-quality outputs that support fabrication and field installation
– Apply knowledge of fire-treated lumber and Type III construction requirements

What We’re Looking For
– 10+ years of experience in MiTek wall panel design (truss design experience considered if paired with wall panel exposure)
– Strong understanding of wood-frame commercial construction
– Comfortable working with fire-treated lumber and complex structural requirements
– Strong math and problem-solving skills with a practical construction mindset
– Experience working in Northeast or West Coast construction environments is a plus
– Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in meetings and conference calls
– AutoCAD experience is a nice to have

Compensation & Benefits
– Salary range: $80K–$140K
