Regional Sales Manager – Southwest

Our client is a leading manufacturer of premium architectural building products seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Southwest, with a major focus on expanding business throughout California. This is a high-impact, field-based role ideal for a proactive salesperson who enjoys specification selling, relationship building, and developing new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow sales throughout Arizona, Nevada, and California.
• Build relationships with architects, designers, specifiers, contractors, and channel partners.
• Conduct AIA presentations, Lunch & Learns, and technical product demonstrations.
• Drive product specifications on commercial construction projects.
• Develop new business while supporting existing manufacturer representatives.
• Represent the company at industry events and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience selling architectural or commercial building products.
• Strong background calling on architects, designers, and commercial contractors.
• Comfortable delivering presentations and technical product training.
• Self-motivated hunter with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Resides in Arizona or Nevada and willing to travel extensively throughout California.
