The Role

Our client is hiring a Remote Project Manager to take ownership of large-scale multifamily new construction projects from shop drawings and submittals through ordering and execution.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Division 8 experience, strong multifamily new construction knowledge, and proven Comsense proficiency. This person must be proactive, highly communicative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Benefits and Compensation

• Base Salary: Up to $110,000+, depending on experience and market
• Bonus: Potential performance-based incentives
