The Role:

The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production scheduling, forecasting, safety, quality, and team leadership. Managing a team of approximately 25 employees, this individual will drive operational efficiency, implement standardized processes, and prepare the facility for continued growth.

The ideal candidate is a proactive manufacturing leader with experience in truss manufacturing or a similar wood products environment. Success in this role requires strong planning, communication, and leadership skills, along with the ability to anticipate challenges, improve processes, and collaborate across operations and sales.

Benefits & Compensation:

• Competitive base salary of $100,000–$110,000, depending on experience.
