Role You Will Play:

As the Lead Wood Finisher, you will take ownership of the company’s paint and stain operations, serving as both the technical expert and hands-on leader of the department. This player-coach role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex color-matching challenges while leading by example on the production floor. You’ll oversee daily paint room operations, develop and maintain custom stain formulas, perform precision wood finishing, and provide leadership to an experienced team. Your expertise will play a critical role in improving production efficiency, maintaining the highest quality standards, and eliminating the need to outsource custom color matching.
