The Role
The Maintenance Manager will report directly to the Plant Manager and oversee all maintenance activities at the manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for developing a team of maintenance technicians, establishing a proactive preventative maintenance program, reducing equipment downtime, and improving overall machine reliability. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of progressive manufacturing maintenance experience, supervisory experience, and strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills. Experience with roll-forming
or metal-forming equipment is highly preferred, along with an engineering mindset and a track record of continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two maintenance technicians
- Build and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Lead machine rebuilds, equipment installations, and build-outs
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
- Analyze recurring equipment issues and implement root-cause corrective actions
- Manage maintenance inventory and ensure critical components are readily available
- Partner with plant leadership on long-term facility and equipment improvements
- Coordinate outside vendors and third-party resources when needed
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and equipment reliability
Benefits and Compensation
- Base salary of $125K–$150K, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate
- 10%–15% target bonus based on company EBITDA performance
