The Role:
We are seeking a Kitchen and Bath Department Manager to oversee K&B operations throughout the state of CT. This leadership role is focused on the training and development of the department, managing a team of both new and experienced designers, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of management and design experience, demonstrate proactive leadership, and excel in enhancing both employee and customer relationships. With multiple locations to support in a growing market, this role plays a vital part in driving the department’s growth and success.
