About the Role:

Our client is seeking an Installed Salesperson to join their growing team in Southern NH. This is a hybrid role combining sales and project management, where you’ll guide homeowners through the sales process while also helping oversee projects from sale through completion. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in building, remodeling, sales, or project management, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to confidently manage both customers and projects. Quality leads are provided, and Buildertrend experience is a plus.

Compensation:

• $80K–$100K+ first-year earning potential
• Top performers can earn up to $250K annually
