About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a technically driven Product Manager – Engineered Wood Products (EWP) to serve as the product expert for Maine and Southeastern New Hampshire. This role supports Territory Managers, dealers, builders, and architects by providing technical expertise, blueprint review, and problem-solving support for engineered wood products.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the EWP technical expert for the territory.
• Support sales teams, dealers, builders, and architects with product knowledge and solutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Conduct customer visits, trainings, and technical presentations.
• Build strong relationships and help drive territory growth.
• Manage your territory independently while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in building materials, construction, lumber, EWP, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of wood frame construction and blueprint reading.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• EWP experience preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
• Monthly Commission (Target: 20%)
• Mileage Reimbursement
• Remote / Field-Based Flexibility
