Our client is an established lumberyard and building materials supplier serving residential and commercial customers. They are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Estimator to join their team and support the residential sales operation. The company values accuracy, customer service, accountability, and a strong work ethic.

The Role

Our client is hiring a Residential Estimator to take full ownership of residential projects from plan review through completed takeoffs.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of estimating experience, strong plan-reading skills, and experience with framing, siding, and structural components. Experience with PlanSwift or similar on-screen estimating software is preferred. This person must be detail-oriented, efficient, dependable, and comfortable working behind a screen completing estimates throughout the day. The role requires the ability to maintain a two-week turnaround while meeting established productivity standards.

Benefits and Compensation

• Compensation: $28–$31 per hour, depending on experience
• Work Arrangement: Full-time, on-site
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Experience: 1–2+ years preferred; 5 years strongly preferre
• Software: PlanSwift or similar on-screen estimating software
