The Role Overview:
The Sales Director will spearhead commercial strategy and lead a high-performing team to drive market expansion for mouldings, trimboards, and door components. This executive role is responsible for managing a massive USD $270MM annual sales portfolio and achieving a USD $54MM margin contribution. You will serve as the critical conduit between production facilities internationally and within the United States, ensuring that market demands align with operational capacity.
Key responsibilities include:
Doubling sales through geographical diversification and national volume-based strategies.
Maintaining Tier 1 distributor accounts and expanding into door-hanging and lumberyard segments.
Collaborating with international production teams to develop new product lines and improve fiber yield.
Recruiting and training a top-tier team of Sales Representatives and External Agents.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
Products: Experience working in the wood products industry required
Experience: 5+ years in a Director-level position.
Skills: Expertise in MS Suite, AI tools, and basic accounting for margin management.
Core Competencies: Proven ability in public speaking, effective team leadership, and a results-oriented mindset.
