Job Opportunity

Our client, a leading national manufacturer, is seeking a Director of Logistics to oversee all inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, and shipping performance across multiple locations. This leader will drive operational efficiency, improve service levels, reduce costs, and lead high-performing logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site warehouse, shipping, and transportation operations.
• Oversee domestic and international inbound/outbound freight.
• Manage carrier relationships, contracts, service levels, and freight costs.
• Improve on-time shipping, delivery performance, and warehouse efficiency.
• Develop and track KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to optimize supply chain performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop logistics managers and warehouse leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of logistics leadership in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience leading multi-site warehouse and transportation operations.
• Strong background in freight, carrier management, and warehouse operations.
• Proven success improving service, reducing costs, and driving operational performance.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
