About the Role

The Director of Preconstruction will oversee estimating and preconstruction while working closely with purchasing to ensure a smooth process from project inception to completion. This leader will review current operations, establish standardized processes, and implement systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

The successful candidate will bring at least 5 years of leadership experience within multi-family construction, proven expertise in preconstruction management, and strong skills in CRMs and Excel. This role requires an organized, motivated professional who thrives on creating structure, building high-performing teams, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
