I started SnapDragon Associates, LLC in April of 2004, and it has been a journey. In 2004, when we were getting our feet wet, the recruiting world was like navigating through a dense fog without a compass. Picture this: no LinkedIn, job boards were non-existent, and AI? That was the stuff of sci-fi movies. Recruiting was all about who you knew, making calls, and building trust the old-fashioned way, especially in the niche world of retail lumber. I credit having to rely on conversations as one of the critical pillars of our success.

The Tech Evolution

Fast forward through the years, and it’s like we’ve been riding a high-speed train through the evolution of technology and industry demands. The Building Products sector has been booming, and with it, there is a need for top-notch recruits who aren’t just great at what they do but understand the bigger business picture.
